Connection, dependence, and continuance with God
Maintaining a special relationship with the Savior
Receiving and believing and trusting in the words of Jesus
Going on trusting, keeping on depending, never stopping believing
The key to salvation and developing a strong relationship with God
An hour-by-hour trusting God to meet all our needs and be all our treasure
A need for the Lord, incorporating Him into daily life, and depending on Him
Walking with God, depending on Him, and being intentional with acts of faith
A life-giving, soul-thrilling, joy-producing communion with God through Christ
Continually receiving, believing and trusting that Jesus is everything we need
Allowing God’s Word to fill our minds, direct our wills, and transform our affections
Consistently sitting at the feet of Jesus and listening to His Word with a heart to obey
Being steadfast and faithful in our relationship with God, while partnering with Him for His glory
To be united to Jesus (connection), to rely on Jesus (dependence), and to remain in Jesus (continuance)
Growing in righteousness, doing good works for the Kingdom of God, and growing a deep relationship with God
Receiving the love of Jesus for the Father and for his people and the joy that Jesus has in the Father and in us
Being in proximity with God through fellowship and being sustained by Him while partnering with His work for the Kingdom of God
Keeping God’s sayings and precepts continually before our memories and minds, and making them the guide of our actions and the rule of our daily conduct and behavior
To keep up a habit of constant close communion with God – to be always leaning on Him, resting on Him, pouring out our hearts to Him, and using Him as our Fountain of life and strength, as our chief Companion and best Friend
